In fact - im still tweaking and altering it to this day to make this the best possible resource I can! I was gaining about up to 3 pounds per week at first, and even better, I could still continue with my daily life as if I changed nothing at all! It took me about a month before I looked in the mirror and jsut stood there, smiling.

The feelings that I had that day still stick with me, and I smile recalling that day I realised my research had payed off! I gained a total of 60 pounds in 14 months, and I have literally never felt better in my life! Fastforward nearly 2 years, and I have spent several weeks going back through my Weight Gain folder that sits on my desktop, and updating and adding all the new tips I had picked up over the previous months.
